Choosing Yourself: Edith Pembroke’s Ever After

ree

I’m thrilled to share that my novel Edith Pembroke’s Ever After is now available. It's a story about heartbreak, healing, and the messy, beautiful journey of choosing yourself.

In Edith Pembroke’s Ever After, you’ll follow a woman learning to stand on her own after her first love crumbles. It’s raw. It’s tender. It’s hopeful. It’s a reminder that sometimes the hardest endings make room for the most meaningful beginnings.

I’ve always believed in the power of stories to reflect and transform real life, and heartbreak is one of the biggest life-lessons many of us face. Healing doesn’t mean skipping past the pain or pretending it never happened. It means giving yourself the space to feel, to grieve, and eventually to stand up again.

That’s exactly what Edith does. She lets herself fall apart, and slowly pieces herself back together. She learns that love doesn’t always end the way we expect, and that “ever after” doesn’t always involve another person. Sometimes, it means learning to trust yourself again.

If you’re looking for a story about heartbreak, and more importantly, about healing, I hope you’ll give Edith Pembroke’s Ever After a chance. You can find the print copy here: Edith Pembroke’s Ever After on Amazon.

If you’re navigating heartbreak yourself, here’s an article I found helpful: “How to Get Over a Breakup—and Come Out Stronger on the Other Side” from Vogue. It offers advice on giving grief space, practicing self-care, and rebuilding a version of yourself you’re proud of. (Vogue: How to Get Over a Breakup)

Thank you for being part of this journey—I’m honored to have you along.
